The Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan program is a partnership between Premier Capital, a Certified Development Company (CDC), and a lender to provide permanent financing to eligible businesses for the purchase, renovation or expansion of owner-occupied commercial real estate.
The Premier Capital staff is available to provide 504 training to your staff and/or to your centers of influence. We are licensed in the state of Indiana to provide training to CPAs and Commercial Realtors. In each case, the attendees will receive two hours of continuing education credits. One of the best formats for this type of training is Lunch-And-Learn. We will be glad to provide a box lunches and drinks to your staff while we walk them through the components of the 504 program. SBA 504 loan funds come for the sale of government-guaranteed bonds. Bond sales occur once a month when all Certified Development Companies pool their current projects. This pool then becomes part of a bond auction at which time the rates are established.
